Gas meters with telemetry

Gas meters with telemetry
Are gas meters with telemetry designed to account for the consumed gas volume? conducting full electronic correction, remote transmission and receiving information from the control center.

Appointment:

Gas meters with a telemetry system are designed for:

  • measurements of the volume of natural gas or vapor of liquefied gas;
  • electronic correction of the volume of gas consumed;
  • remote data exchange with a control center.

Application area:

Commercial metering of gas consumed:

  • at the facilities of public utilities;
  • at facilities in the industrial sector;
  • where it is possible to achieve an ambient temperature of minus 30.

Installation allowed:

  • in unheated rooms;
  • on the street in places that exclude direct sunlight.
Archiving and printing reports allows the use of meters to record the consumption of gas consumed by legal entities.

Features:

  • Data transmission to the control room via GPRS channel;
  • The meter can be included in the automated gas metering system;
  • Full electronic correction for temperature, pressure and gas composition;
  • All instruments of the line keep archives of the volume of gas consumption, emergency situations, events, gas composition;
  • Data from the archives of the device are available for printing;
  • Ergonomics (replaces 3 products: counter, corrector, modem);
  • Installation on the street is allowed (degree of protection IP65).

Execution:

Over pressure limit:

  • Maximum overpressure up to 5 kPa;
  • Maximum overpressure up to 300 kPa.

By ambient temperature:

  • From minus 20С to plus 60С;
  • From minus 40C to plus 60C.

By bringing to standard conditions:

  • measurement of gas volume under operating conditions and calculation of volumetric flow rate and gas volume reduced to standard conditions, with gas temperature measurement and acceptance of pressure parameters and compressibility coefficient as conditionally constant values;
  • measurement of gas volume under operating conditions and calculation of volumetric flow rate and gas volume reduced to standard conditions, with measurement of temperature, gas pressure and acceptance of the compressibility factor as a conditionally constant value;
  • measurement of gas volume under operating conditions and calculation of volumetric flow rate and gas volume reduced to standard conditions, with measurement of temperature, gas pressure and automatic calculation of compressibility coefficient.
